Kid-Friendly Fun

I had a wonderful holiday at this hotel, especially enjoying the two pools, one for relaxation and another for activities. The staff were phenomenal and made our experience memorable with their friendliness. Although the dining options felt repetitive after a couple of days, the food was fresh, and the evening shows were quite entertaining. On the downside, the Wi-Fi wasn't reliable, which was frustrating, especially for longer stays.

The room was very spacious and cleaned daily, but I did encounter a scorpion in my initial room, which was quite alarming. I requested a move, and although I faced some challenges at reception, the new room was much more suitable.

The overall service was great, with a lot of activities for everyone. I especially appreciated the attentiveness of the animation team, who were energetic and friendly. However, there was a bit of a language barrier at reception when addressing my room change.

I had a lovely and relaxing stay at Saraya Palms. The rooms were extremely spacious and well-kept, while the service from the staff was excellent, making us feel right at home. The dining experience had a good variety of dishes but became a bit repetitive after a while. The beach was beautiful, but sometimes it felt a bit isolated from the hotel. Overall, this place is a great escape, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.

I had a lovely week at Jaz Makadi Saraya Palms! The hotel boasts a friendly atmosphere with helpful staff, and the cleanliness is commendable.
